You uploaded everything and redeployed the backend — now it's time to make sure it actually holds up. This is a two-person mission: you, signing in as the returning instructor you already are, and your son, signing in for the very first time as a brand-new student-associate. 19 stops, roughly 30 minutes apiece — pace it across a couple of days. Every box you check and every note you jot is saved right here in this page, so you can close the tab and pick up exactly where you left off.
Sign in as the instructor you already are. Confirm everything that worked before still works after the redeploy, and walk the real Drive-link workflow once yourself before handing the keyboard over.
A little setup now saves a lot of confusion later — two separate browser sessions means you and your son never accidentally sign each other out mid-test.
The magic-link flow replaced Google OAuth entirely this session. This is the first time it's been tested on the live deploy — let's make sure your returning-instructor path is rock solid.
The new "🚀 Getting Started Guide" Quick Link is the headline feature of this round — confirm it's there and works for an existing user, not just brand-new ones.
Nothing about the kanban/phase engines changed this session, but the artifact-card link field did — the old upload button is gone, replaced by a plain link field. Make sure every Standard page still loads and saves cleanly.

A4
Real Artifact: Drive → Share Link → Card
~30 min
This is the actual new workflow that replaced drag-and-drop upload. Do it for real, the way GettingStarted.html's "00" section teaches — that way you can speak from experience when your son does the same thing in Part B.
The "Enter Associate View" phantom-row bug was fixed in both apex-kanban-v2.js and APPS_SCRIPT.js this session. This is the first chance to confirm the fix survived the redeploy.
This is the moment the whole "00 — Get Your Files Ready" section and the new onboarding redirect were built for: a real person, with no prior account, signing in for the first time.
Nine stops — "00 Your Files" through "08 Review Prep." This is also the test of the scroll-margin-top fix made this session: every jump-nav link should land its target heading below the fixed nav, not behind it.
Same workflow as A4, but this time it's the first artifact a real student-associate has ever saved. If anything about the link-paste flow is confusing without your help, that's useful signal too.
The last sweep — close every tab and just look at the data the last two days of testing produced.

If you've made it here with most boxes checked, the v2 system has now been exercised end-to-end — both as a returning instructor and as a brand-new student-associate, on the live deploy, with real Drive links and real Sheet rows. That's the bar for "ready for August." Anything you found along the way, jot it below before you forget it — it's saved automatically, right here in this page, so it'll be waiting for you when summer's over.
