**Summary:** Shared sidebar UI pattern (sticky sidebar, phase groups, step-btn/step-check, progress bar). Project switcher stores multiple projects in localStorage. Save-before-switch bug fixed. Callout CSS classes documented. Reference implementations: Marketing Analytics and Social Media playbooks.

**Summary:** Phase 0 pattern for zero-knowledge students: plain-English intro, glossary (8–10 terms), tool overview, access-limitation callout, finished-project description. Marketing Analytics expanded Metrics Plan + Analysis steps. Social Media expanded Content Creation + Publishing + added Performance Review checkpoint. Fixed missing `.callout-yellow`/`.callout-blue` CSS. Video Production Playbook predates this pattern.

**Summary:** 10+ year program at WILC (295 SE Ashworth Rd, Waukee). Students called "student associates." Business casual required. 5 & 10 Rule. Google Calendar + Slack for communication. Real clients, real deliverables. Dual college credit.
